ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Compensation & Benefits department consists of four individuals with specific expertise (Legal, Payroll & Benefits, HRIS/Analytics, Compensation). The department is overseen by a Manager.

In a fluctuating market environment, the Compensation & Benefits department provides expertise on compensation policy by carrying out data analyses/studies, competitive intelligence, and intelligent data processing to position itself as a specialist in compensation and benefits in the asset management sector.

Given the company's growth, our requirements for automation and data, as well as the deployment of our new HRIS SuccessFactors, we are seeking an HR Business Analyst intern for the Paris office.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track HR performance indicators across all types of HR data (Recruitment, Entries, Exits, Workforce, Performance, Training, etc.).
  • Ensure data quality within the HRIS.
  • Act as the Business Process Owner for HR Reporting under SuccessFactors.
  • Train and support end-users on the HR reporting implemented.
  • Participate in the deployment project of the SuccessFactors HRIS within the company.

 

SKILLS
  • You are enrolled in a Master's degree program at a university or business school (Bac+5 or equivalent).
  • You have a strong command of Excel.
  • You have solid knowledge of VBA and Power Query and/or databases; any other technical language is a plus.
  • You are familiar with reporting and data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
  • You have a sharp analytical mind and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
