→ Your mission

As a Customer Success Associate you’ll play a key role in Brigad’s users’ satisfaction by delivering a high-quality experience to both Talents and Businesses.

→ Your responsibilities

  • Ask technical questions to future talents in order to assess if their professional profile fits the platform.
  • Present the mission, model and functionality of Brigad to future users and demonstrate the multiple benefits of the platform
  • Create a relationship of trust with users during onboarding and from their client support experience.
  • Identify user needs, provide relevant answers to questions and resolve user problems
  • Oversee the launching of missions
  • Provide information and feedback from users to the CX Team to improve processes & features to offer the best user experience
  • Collaborate and communicate internally with other teams (sales, finance, product etc.) to find solutions and relay relevant information

Preferred experience

If you have…

  • Native level of English (knowledge of French a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with spoken and written communication
  • Comfortable doing call sprints (onboarding)
  • 1st Experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Experience using CRM and ticketing tools such as Zendesk preferred
  • Flexible mindset: open to sometimes working weekends and bank holidays
  • Result-driven, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Autonomous, empathetic and proactive in finding solutions for users
