→ Your mission

Convert the largest hospitality businesses into Brigad users. You will identify sponsors within the headquarters of these groups and ensure that they promote Brigad to the operational teams on site.

You will manage the sales cycle with the head offices from A to Z, from hunting to closing.

→ Responsibilities

  • Carry out mappings and establish specific hunting strategies for each group
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CEO, HRD, Innovation Department...) and make them sponsors of Brigad
  • Interact with all the people who will make Brigad an official partner (Purchasing, Finance, Legal, etc.)
  • To achieve your goals, you may need to contact operational contacts (regional directors, operational directors, etc.) to understand their HR issues and to arouse their interest
  • Launching pilots and setting up ambitious deployment plans with decision-makers and operational staff to rapidly grow the partnership
  • Transitioning to the AMs who will be in charge of the account relationship and the long-term deployment of Brigad
  • Work with Brigad's Marketing, Product, CX and Finance teams to ensure the success of the partnerships, and provide them with user feedback
  • Preferred experience

  • 4+ years experience in Sales / Business Development with at least 2 years in a closing role
  • A strong motivation to achieve and exceed your goals
  • One (or more) successful experiences in group hunting, requiring the management of a complex sales cycle (with several decision-makers on "head office" functions)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with high-level contacts (C-level, CEOs, CPOs ...)
  • The ability to manage complex sales cycles autonomously (contact decision-makers, carefully prepare strategic meetings, drive meetings with high-level contacts, set up pilots, collaborate with other Brigad teams if necessary...)
  • The ability to provide clear and complete activity reports to your manager
  • Native English is essential, a good level of French is a plus
