The position

Job description

The “Growth & Solutions” team is responsible for designing the best transition experience & strategy for new partners, while ensuring solution-fit and consistency between needs & expectations and Bedrock’s adherence to any previously aligned agreement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

At Bedrock, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Growth & Solutions team

As a Project Manager you will :

Transition Planning and Execution

  • Create and execute detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources

for concerned stakeholders and contributors

  • Follow the transition process and transition implementation from all organization levels from

strategic steering to implementation (a program manager owns the delivery implementation with Product & Tech teams).

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise., ensuring

contributors have the necessary resources and information.

Stakeholder coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.

  • Manage the relationship with the partner and all stakeholders, ensuring effective

  • communication and collaboration

  • Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and manage resistance effectively.

Risk and Resource Management

  • Perform risk management to minimize transition risks

  • Ensure that all team contributors share and circulate information, insights and tools to support the transition.

Training and knowledge transfer

  • Provide training and support to staff during transition periods, organizing knowledge transfer & onboarding processes & implementation cadence towards contributors.

  • Coach contributors towards effective internal ritual and process optimization to enhance efficiency.

Performance and impact Evaluation

  • Define and follow transition impact and success criteria

  • Create and maintain comprehensive transition project documentations and related presentations

  • Supports Program in structuring cost & resource recording. Records onboarding transition improvements opportunities

Partner and Team Engagement

  • Responsible for activating partners’ teams and ensuring collaboration.

  • Promote information sharing and insights circulation among teams


Preferred experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management within a B2B2C environment in an international context is required.

Experience beyond delivery projects such as organizational transitions, onboarding or change initiatives is highly valued.

A strong educational background is required -Computer science or engineering is a strong plus

Communication and leadership

  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, able to guide and influence teams effectively.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, from executives to operational staff

Organizational and Analytical skills

  • Strong organizational skills focusing on innovation and growth.

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and implement creative tactics when necessary.

Cooperation:

  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring effective teamwork and project alignment

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels simultaneously or at different times, fostering strong relationships.

Technical Aptitude and adaptability

  • Attraction towards fast-paced technical environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively.

  • Understand the distinction between outcomes and outputs, nurturing empowered teams towards an outcome-focused responsibility.

Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
