Job Description

In an international environment experiencing strong structural growth, our company is undergoing rapid organizational transformation. To support this momentum, we are looking for a PMO who will play a key role in managing and monitoring strategic transformation projects across in the Group IT department.

This transversal role is essential to ensure coordination, visibility, and the successful execution of initiatives.

You will have the following missions:

1. Project Monitoring

  • Design and maintenance of project roadmaps in coordination with IT project managers and stakeholders (internal or external)
  • Operational project tracking: deadlines, deliverables, and risk management.
  • Organizing and facilitating project steering committees, including preparation of materials and meeting notes.

2. Budget Monitoring & External Provider Management

  • Oversight of project budgets, including those involving external service providers
  • Tracking and validation of vendor expenses to ensure proper budget allocation.
  • Consolidation of budget forecasts for ongoing projects.
  • Monitoring internal and external resources allocated to projects.
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with suppliers or service providers.
  • Ensuring traceability and documentation of financial commitments.

3. Reporting & Project Communication

  • Creation and dissemination of project status reports for both management and operational teams.
  • Development of performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to project types.
  • Supporting cross-functional communication related to project progress, decisions, and changes in priorities.

Preferred experience

Qualifications we’re looking for.     

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, with at least 3 to 5 years of meaningful and responsible experience as a PMO or project manager in a technical or IT environment, ideally within an international context.
  • Excellent project management skills, including full project lifecycle, Agile/hybrid methodologies, and coordination.
  • Strong command of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
