The position

Job description

In sales, showing is infinitely more powerful than telling. The success of a product heavily (if not entirely) depends on the value it can deliver to its users. We are in a complex and evolving environment. However, shadow IT issues are still not sufficiently recognized and are not seen as a top priority for our key targets (ISD/IT departments, CDO, CTO, etc.). That is why we have decided to shift our go-to-market strategy, including engaging potential customers by showcasing the value of our product or service firsthand.

As a Sales Engineer at Beamy, you will be responsible for reassuring clients of our capability to deliver value and accompany teams on technical prerequisites.

During a typical week, you will :

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to thoroughly understand the specific needs of our prospect and help them to sell the product with a technical sensitivity (API, Data, Security...)

• Play a pivotal role in performing advanced product demonstrations, executing POCs, and conducting diagnostic assessments to showcase the capabilities and value of our solutions.

• Enhance the business case and project plan by customizing them to align with the unique circumstances and objectives of each customer.

Must have to succeed on the job :

As we're growing fast, new challenges arise, requiring an annealing mindset, and a willingness to take responsibility.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Tech Consultant for Large Enterprise

• You have strong technical knowledge thanks to your experience & technical education (Data management, MDM, Integration, API…)

• You have already built a pre-sales strategy, POC or Free Trial strategies

• You have knowledge in IT security & compliance

⚠️ We’re looking for someone with a near-native level in French (C2 level) AND fluent in English (C1 level). If it’s not your case, please don’t apply, as it is a hard requirement (there will be other roles that may be a fit for you in the future!).
