🎯 Job Description – Your Role at Napta

We’re looking for a BDR Team Lead (native or fluent in English) to support our international expansion and help our Account Executive team generate new business opportunities.

Your time will be split between:

  • Managing & motivating the BDR team (50%)

  • Direct outbound prospecting on strategic international accounts (50%)


⚡ Your Mission as BDR Team Lead

You will be in charge of generating qualified pipeline (SQLs) in collaboration with the BDR team and the Marketing team, to help our Sales team hit their targets.

You will:

  • Generate your own pipeline on strategic international accounts using outbound techniques (multi-channel sequences, cold calls, etc.)

  • Manage and lead a team of 3 BDRs daily

  • Coach and upskill the team on sales methods, outbound techniques, product knowledge, and market expertise

  • Track team activity through key KPIs and forecasting to ensure the team hits (and exceeds) targets

  • Coordinate with AEs and Marketing to maximize efficiency on your defined territories

  • Ensure CRM hygiene in HubSpot, allowing effective collaboration across AE, Sales leadership, Founders, and Marketing

  • Drive continuous improvement across sales tools & processes, alongside our Head of Sales, Mathieu


Preferred experience

💥 We’d Love to Work With You If…

✅ Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales role (ideally SaaS B2B) as a BDR and/or AE

  • You’ve contributed to recruitment, onboarding, or coaching processes

  • A first experience managing or mentoring a team and/or working on large accounts (>1,000 employees) is a plus

✅ Management Skills

  • Natural leader who creates a positive team environment

  • Goal-oriented and knows how to drive performance

  • Data-driven: uses KPIs to manage individual performance and pipeline balance

✅ Prospecting Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to spark interest with C-level contacts

  • Bold and persistent in outreach and follow-up

  • Skilled in prospecting and discovery for complex organizations

  • Native or fluent in English (oral & written) – mandatory for targeting accounts outside France


📈 Career Path & Growth Opportunities

After 6 months:

  • Mastered Napta’s environment and client sectors

  • Set up key sales routines within the BDR team

  • Full ownership of the outbound process

  • Delivered initial team coaching and skill development

  • Generated your first SQLs

After 12–18 months:

  • Personalized coaching plans in place for each team member

  • Consistently generating pipeline on strategic international accounts

  • Helping the team exceed both individual and collective targets

After 18–24+ months:

  • Move into an AE role to own the full sales cycle with mid-market accounts (500–1,000 employees)

  • Or take on leadership of the Account Executive team, if you’ve already led full-cycle sales in past roles
