The position

Job description

As an Office Manager, you’re the cornerstone of the internal organization of our office. You will work closely with all teams to ensure employees enjoy working in a safe, welcoming and facilitating environment. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented person who can help us run our office and facilitate the work of our teams.

🎯 MISSIONS:

You will be responsible for :

  • HR : Handling our employee onboarding (organize medical visits, ordering equipment, register the employee in our HR softwares, etc) ;
  • HR : Support in administrative tasks (expenses, accounting, inventory and general procurment, etc) ;
  • Event management : Organizing our team events (especially our Winter Seminar, which will be one of your first big challenges!) ;
  • Legal : manage permanent contracts with the help of our HR ;
  • Accounting : manage expenses and required payments for the company ;
  • Well-being : you ensure well-being of the Beamers at work : one of your priority is to guarantee them the best experience possible.

Preferred experience

👤 YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are an enthusiastic and very energetic person ;
  • You are detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask ;
  • You are super organized, methodical and process oriented ;
  • You are very discreet around sensitive information ;
  • You’re proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially .xls and .doc). More generally you’re very confortable with IT tools ;
  • Fluency in English is a plus but not compulsory ;
  • You preferably look for a “contrat d’apprentissage”.
