🏢 Manage Office & Workplace Excellence:
You will ensure that our Paris office is not just functional, but impeccable—clean, organized, secure, and a true pleasure to work in. As the first point of contact for all office-related matters, you'll be the go-to resource for employees across France and abroad. Managing our service providers, supplies, and facilities, you'll create and maintain an outstanding workspace where our Magic Makers feel great every single day.
We’re relocating at the end of the year, so an exciting challenge ahead will be to manage the move and the setup of our brand-new offices—making the transition as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
🎉 Build Events & Foster Team Cohesion:
You'll bring the team together through thoughtfully planned, high-quality events: breakfasts, lunch & learns, brunches, hackathons, internal initiatives, and our legendary summer and Christmas parties.
👥 Drive Onboarding:
First impressions matter—and onboarding is a key part of the AB Tasty experience. You will own and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure every new hire is welcomed seamlessly, with everything from employment contracts and IT setup to team introductions and custom AB Tasty goodies handled flawlessly.
💚 Lead Our CSR Strategy:
You’ll be in charge of obtaining and maintaining Ecovadis certification, managing our carbon footprint assessment, responding to CSR-related RFPs and client/supplier questionnaires, structuring and updating the CSR policy, and writing both internal communications and content for the “Our CSR Commitments” section of our website.
🤝 Act as a Problem Solver & Support Champion:
You’ll be a key support for our teams, from booking business trips and coordinating team events to managing ad hoc purchases— always ready to solve problems and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Proven experience in creating and maintaining inspiring workspaces, managing service providers, and driving operational excellence across office functions, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment. Bonus points if you’ve already led a successful office move!
Confidence in juggling multiple priorities—from office logistics and procurement to event planning and travel coordination—while keeping the employee experience at the center.
Eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and be a go-to person for solving daily challenges.
