We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our HQ, in our Paris office. The ideal candidate will bepassionate about event planning, managing an office space, and looking after the wellbeing and day to day experience of our employees. NOTE: This role will be part time (about 20 hours / week).
The Office Manager will work independently to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This person must be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse individuals.
