THE TEAM

  • Team Name & Location: Sales Team, Madrid
  • Team Composition: 3 members including; collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Role Overview: Support the sales process in the Spanish market and grow into a full-cycle Account Executive role.
  • Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, Google Workspace.
  • Additional Information: Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events across Spain.

YOUR MISSION

  • Manage initial outreach and lead generation for the Spanish region.
  • Build and maintain early-stage relationships with prospective clients.
  • Drive meeting bookings, qualification calls, and product demo scheduling.
  • Lead follow-ups and contribute to proposal development and pipeline management.
  • Liaise with marketing and product teams to relay client feedback.
  • Act as a motivated team member, growing into a full Account Executive role.

WHAT YOUʼLL BRING

  • Proven experience in sales development or a strong desire to start a career in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Confidence in outbound communication, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
