The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is part of our North American Customer Success team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts throughout the Customer Journey while helping AB Tasty clients  leverage our products to achieve their goals. 

This role will work closely with Key Account Managers while working cross functionally with Product and Tech teams to drive value that maximizes expansion opportunities and reduces churn. 

Contract & location:

- Permanent full time employment

- New York City area (office in Lower Manhattan)

- Hybrid work policy (2 days in office are required)

What we're looking for:

  • 3 years of experience in a related field or as a Customer Success / Account Manager for a SaaS company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to deliver messages in a clear, concise and effective way.
  • The ability to understand technical concepts and communication with both technical and non technical, business profiles
  • Interest and experience in UX Design, e-commerce, analytics and/or CX optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript.
  • Bonus points if you have additional technical knowledge and understand the following terms: React, Vue.js, Server Side Rendering, SPA, API, SDK.

  • What you will do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise-level client organizations.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored recommendations and strategic guidance
  • Lead the successful Onboarding of AB Tasty's platforms
  • Develop a deep understanding of AB Tasty's product offerings and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Identify and forecast risk and growth opportunities and collaborate with Key Account Managers 
  • Proactively engage with clients to showcase additional features, services, and best practices that can further enhance their digital experiences.
