Position Overview

As a Sales Support Manager, you’ll take ownership of part of the Revenue target for our SMB and Self-service customer base. You’ll lead a team of 4–5 Sales Support Specialists who work directly with prospects and customers — closing small-scale deals, resolving issues efficiently, and boosting satisfaction for our long tail of SMB clients.

Your Team

Your team plays a key role in onboarding, support, and identifying upsell opportunities across the customer lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Care teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a consistent customer experience.

This is a new team — and we’re looking for a problem-solver with a can-do attitude, excited to build and lead a function from the ground up.

Your Missions:

👥 Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Support Specialists based in Paris.
  • Drive performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Create onboarding, enablement, and ongoing training programs.

      ⚙️ Operational Excellence

      • Ensure fast and effective handling of new deals and upsells within SLA.
      • Set up workflows and response cadences for support tickets and inbound requests.
      • Monitor KPIs: Time-to-First Contact, Conversion Rates, Revenue Generated, and more.
      • Provide reliable forecasts and data-driven insights on team performance.

      💸 Sales & Revenue Contribution

      • Oversee and continuously improve small-deal closing processes.
      • Help team members consistently hit monthly revenue and retention goals.
      • Work closely with Sales to optimize pipeline routing and expansion strategies.

        💡 Customer Retention & Growth

        • Reduce churn and boost product adoption through scalable processes.
        • Enable the team to proactively spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

          🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

          • Share customer feedback with Product and Customer Solutions to improve the roadmap.
          • Partner with Enablement and Ops to improve tools, reporting, and workflows.


          Who Are You?

          • Here are the key traits that will help you thrive in this role:
          • Experience leading an SDR or Inside Sales team (preferably in SaaS).
          • Strong coaching mindset and track record in developing junior talent.
          • Background in customer-facing roles: support, inside sales, success, or account management.
          • Proficiency with Salesforce (lead management, reporting, data analysis).
          • Highly collaborative and organized, with excellent prioritization skills.
          • Fluent in French (C2/native-equivalent) and English; another European language is a plus.
          • Able to work from our Paris office at least 4 days/week (relocation support available).
