As part of the Product team, you will have the chance to work closely with the tech & design team, and with all the other departments (Legal, Ops, Sales, Marketing) depending on the projects.
You will have the opportunity to explore the scope of a product manager, and work on:
1. Product discovery
Process customer feedbacks: answer to customer requests via Intercom and link feedbacks to product initiatives
Conduct user research: gather insights during the iteration process
Run competitor analysis: gather insights from benchmark analysis.
2. Product delivery
Specifications / User stories: prepare projects and their specifications in Linear with the Tech & Design teams
Follow-up & QA: run final tests before launching in production
Automated tests: work hand-in-hand with our tech team to improve the coverage of our end-to-end tests
Internal processes: coordinate with Legal & Ops teams to ensure new features are smoothly integrated to our back-office (Forest Admin).
3. Go-to-market
Product marketing: showcase latest product updates via relevant channels (public changelog, product newsletter, …)
Product enablement: improve feature adoption through help center articles
