👋🏻 Your purpose:

We are now looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and strengthen our ability to turn data and business needs into actionable insights and solutions.

As a Senior RevOps Analyst at Zenchef, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business challenges and technical solutions. You will lead automation, analytics, and transformation projects from scoping through deployment, ensuring that business teams have the right insights, forecast, and processes to succeed.

You will be the essential link between strategy and execution, enabling Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to operate with clarity and impact.

🫱🏼‍🫲 Your team:

The Operations team is structured around three pillars to support our Business teams through reporting, processes, and tools:

• Business Steering: reporting, KPIs, and business cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

• Process Excellence: scalable processes to support growth and ensure data quality.

• Business Systems: implementation and optimization of processes within Salesforce and our billing tools.

🧑🏼‍🍳 What you will do:

• Lead and deliver strategic automation, analytics, and transformation initiatives end-to-end.

• Build interactive dashboards (Tableau), model workflows with SQL or Python, and leverage APIs to automate processes.

• Define KPIs, monitor performance, identify insights, and communicate opportunities to stakeholders.Work in an agile methodology, promoting rapid iterations and continuous improvement.

• Main tool stack that you will be utilising 🔧:

  • CRM : Salesforce

  • BI tool: Tableau 

  • Data: Databricks, SQL, Python

  • Tool: Qobra

Requirements:

🍽️ What you will bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or consulting, ideally in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, SaaS).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.

• Technical proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.

• Proven experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional European languages (Dutch, German, etc.) are a plus.

• Based in Paris or willing to relocate (Remote policy: 3 days/week in the office).
