You empower our revenue team—Sales and Customer Success—to close deals faster and grow smarter. You build the tools, content, and programs that turn strategy into action and help our go-to-market teams perform at their best.
You join our Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the COO. You’re the first dedicated Sales Enablement Manager and play a key role in laying the foundation for enablement as we scale across Europe. You work hand-in-hand with local Sales Managers, RevOps analysts, and Marketing stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment.
Run onboarding and ongoing training sessions to ramp new hires and boost team performance
Maintain and update enablement materials—playbooks, decks, CRM guides—to reflect current best practices
Support new product launches and process changes with the right content and training programs
Track and report on enablement KPIs to measure adoption, usage, and impact
Coordinate cross-functional updates so Sales stays in sync with Product and Marketing
Lead a weekly digest to keep revenue teams aligned and informed
Organize and maintain our content library with clear structure and up-to-date documentation
Collect feedback from the field to improve enablement tools and messaging
Promote a culture of coaching by supporting managers with training assets and practice sessions
Ensure sales content speaks the customer’s language—focused on objections, value, and clarity
Requirements:
2–4 years’ experience in sales enablement, sales ops, or B2B SaaS sales
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle several projects at once
Confidence using Notion, Google Suite, and Salesforce
Great communication skills—you make complex things simple
Comfortable leading workshops and presenting to groups
A passion for structure, documentation, and clarity
A collaborative mindset, especially across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Fluent in English, with German or Dutch conversational skills a big plus
