You engage with inbound prospects who have shown interest in Zenchef and qualify their needs to create new business opportunities. Your mission is to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified pipeline and support our growth.
You’ll join the Sales team in Amsterdam, whose mission is to build strong relationships with local restaurateurs and show how Zenchef can support their business.
Manage and prioritize inbound leads coming from website inquiries, marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels
Respond to prospects quickly via email, phone, or chat to understand their needs and level of intent
Conduct structured discovery calls to assess fit, timeline, and readiness
Nurture early-stage leads by sharing relevant resources and maintaining ongoing communication
Maintain accurate CRM records to track lead progression and performance metrics
Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, trends, and campaign effectiveness
Stay up to date on industry trends and restaurant tech news to better support and guide prospects
Vereisten:
Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a restaurant, to relate to our customers’ daily challenges
Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport
A proactive, organized mindset and ability to manage high volumes of inbound interest
Curiosity and active listening skills to understand what prospects really need
Resilience and a growth mindset when navigating different prospect behaviors
A team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing
Fluency in Dutch and B2 level in English
