As a Business Development Manager, you play a pivotal role in our journey, serving as the catalyst for building personal connections with local restaurateurs. Your mission is to introduce our innovative solutions to potential clients, propelling the growth of our client base in The Netherlands. Operating at the intersection of innovation and hospitality, you'll contribute to reshaping the restaurant industry landscape.

You’ll join the Sales team in Amsterdam, whose mission is to build strong relationships with local restaurateurs and show how Zenchef can support their business.
🧑🏼🍳 What you will do:
Cold call daily: Yes, really. You’ll proactively reach out to restaurant owners and managers via phone, and it’s on you to build a solid pipeline.
Own the full sales cycle: From first touch to close, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and follow-up are all in your hands.
Multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, Instagram, email, in-person visits, you’ll use every tool at your disposal to generate meetings.
Hit and exceed your targets: You're in control of your pipeline and your quota.
Field sales when needed: You’re comfortable meeting prospects on-site when it adds value.
Test and improve: You constantly refine your pitch, learn from objections, and iterate fast.
Requirements:
🍽️ What you bring to the table:
1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, field sales, or SMB tech.
You’re hungry: You want to grow into a top performer and build a serious career in sales.
You’re resilient and resourceful: You don’t wait for leads — you go get them. You handle rejection like a pro.
You enjoy connecting with people: You can build rapport with restaurant owners, even during a cold intro.
Fluent Dutch speaker, fluent in English.
