As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be joining our Sales Ops team, responsible for building and maintaining the Tools, Processes and Data that will provide the best environment for our Sales Representatives to reach their objectives across different geographies (France, Italy, Germany, North America). You will be directly reporting to the Sales Ops manager.
The Sales Ops team is part of the Sales & Channel team composed of 10+ persons splitted in our different geographies: France, DACH, Italy and North America.
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Zelros, you will:
Work with concerned internal sales/marketing teams and partners to collect, document and clarify everyone’s requirements regarding sales operations and propose adapted solutions to make it easier to sell our solution
Structure internal and partners’ sales processes / procedures and produce deliverables
Ensure optimal configuration and automation of the CRM, marketing and growth hacking tools
Ensure day to day support on tools used by the Sales, Partner and Marketing teams
Regularly train and coach teams on using and adopting processes, tools and dashboards.
Analyze, improve and automate our existing GTM strategies and processes, using data to drive change when possible to acquire meaningful insights (long sales process, large deals)
Be responsible for ad-hoc tooling projects from selection until implementation (Marketing, CRM, PRM, Augmented Sales)
Contribute to putting in place the incentive plans and tools to help departments administer, calculate and manage them.
Produce forecasts to drive revenue and tackle sales/marketing/financial issues
Improve the ways to capture data
Be proactive and suggest ideas of improvement on existing and new processes.
- Bachelor’s degree, Bac+4 or Bac+5 from engineering, business or finance background
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills (you will work with multiple departments)
- You like to challenge yourself and surpass your goals
- Fluent in English (we communicate in English at company level)
- You are well organized, learn quickly and can multitask
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive or Salesforce
- Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
- Preferred Alternance rhythm: 2 weeks at the company/ 1 week at school (not mandatory)
This job can lead to a full time contract. Based in Paris (preferably), Munich or Milan
