Product, Design & Tech Organization

The Design team currently consists of 9 people: 4 Brand Designers, 4 Product Designers, and a Head of Design.

Product Designers are spread across the various Product teams. We operate in multidisciplinary and autonomous teams (feature teams and impact teams): a team bringing together product managers, product designers, and developers. Each team is focused on a clearly defined goal (OKR) and shared by all Yousign teams.

As a Product Designer, you will be expected to work hand in hand with the members of your team on all aspects of Product design: from research, through ideation to the transmission of your interfaces to developers.

Within the Design team, the rituals in place promote iteration and peer knowledge sharing: Design Critics, Knowledge Sharing, workshops, and Design System guild.

Your Perimeters

Integrated within the Product team, you work daily in tandem with a PM, and you alternate phases of product discovery and delivery to design exceptional products around electronic signature.

You will need to ensure the proper application of our principles of simplicity within your teams: the quality of the user experience being a strong differentiator for Yousign.

You will be expected to work for the API squad and the Scale squad:

• The API squad's mission is to allow Yousign users to integrate our electronic signature solutions directly into their Product, service, or tool. You would be expected to work on improving our customer experiences (implementation of new connectors, simplification of the API setup experience, ...) but also by evolving our internal tools (preview tools).
• The Scale squad, on the other hand, aims to meet the business objectives of our users: managing their consumption, managing their subscription independently (in connection with Yousign's Self-serve issues), and particularly on the "add-ons" part. The mission of the Scale squad is also to support Yousign's growth by optimizing communication flows between the application and the tools used by the Business Operation and Finance teams.

Key Missions

1-Design simple and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of users within your squads

• Understand the objective and impact of your squads in our organization
• In collaboration with the PMs, identify the methods and workshops to implement for the discovery and delivery phases in order to achieve your objectives.
• Actively participate in user research (preparation, conducting, analysis, restitution)
• Conduct and participate in design workshops within the squad
• Develop pragmatic solutions, aligned with the design vision, consistent with existing and compatible with operational constraints
• Produce all Design deliverables: user journey, wireframes, interactive prototypes, ...
• Evaluate the performance of these solutions with user tests before development
• Produce all the elements necessary for the implementation of the models by the development team and ensure monitoring until put into production
• Support the launch of products and features in collaboration with PMM and marketing
• Evaluate performance by following the KPIs after put into production

2 - Participate in the life of the design team

• Be proactive in improving our methods and the quality of the product
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System
• Monitor product design trends, software, and methods, and share this watch with the team
• Regularly share your skills and expertise with the rest of the team

Profile sought

• You have 3 to 7 years of experience in startup or ESN.
• You master user-centered design methods
• You have a creative profile, while knowing how to take into account technical constraints.
• You are proactive in your work and are not afraid to join a startup where you will have to carry out your projects independently
• You have a good level of technical knowledge, which allows you to tackle complex issues (API, billing management, ...)
• You know how to work in a team: communicate your ideas, listen to others and respect decisions.
• You pay rigorous attention to detail and well-done work
• You master Figma
• Languages: English B1 minimum and French necessary
• A portfolio will be requested before interviews
