Directly managed by the Chief Product Officer, you will lead the Design team, part of the Product Team and composed of :

• Product Design: 4 Product Designers
• Brand design: 3 Brand Designers and 1 Motion Designer

As you understand know, the Design is a key pillar of Yousign’s strategy and approach. User experience is our strength, whatever the feature, we deliver value and quality with a simple and functional, yet emotional design.

We are currently looking for motivated talents to bring the design at the next level.

Your Missions

In direct collaboration with the Chief Product Officer, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams, your missions will be the following: 

• Structure and manage the design team to meet all our upcoming challenges: recruitment, training, evolution...
• Build the Simplicity playbook and spread Yousign's design vision to both our clients and staff
• Make sure our design processes, standards, tools and methodology are constantly improved and adopted
• Ensure coherence and quality of the design both in Brand & Product
• Lead key initiatives such as Accessibility, UX Writing, next generation design system...

Desired Profile

• You have a proven track record as a Manager, working closely with Product and Design teams
• You have a strong background in Design, creating neat content and user experience
• You are the go-to person when it comes to creating a design vision and turning it into reality
• You know how to breathe this vision to your team and to keep everyone aligned on the same objective
• You have a result-oriented mindset
• You speak fluent English and French
• Having experience in SaaS B2B company or a software editor is a nice to have.
