As part of the Startup Success team, you will join a team of 2 (Pauline, Head of Startup Success, and 1 intern), to help us accelerate the support offer and work closely with XAnge Investors to bring direct support to founders and comex members.

Within 3 months, you will :

• Take care about our community and learn how to deal with founders and executive teams.
• Manage our portfolio events such as workshops, peer-to-peer talks, office hours.
• Bring direct support to our portfolio companies by answering to daily requests received thanks to our existing support packages : we already have acceleration programs on US expansion, Hiring, and preparing serie A fundraising

Within 6 months, you will :

• Become the right-hand (wo)man of Pauline, Head of Startup Success
• Learn how to transform knowledge into useful acceleration programs,
• Play a key role in the startup success development (we’ve a huge backlog :p)

Within 1 year, you will :

• Become a key member of the value creation at XAnge and participate in our startup’s growth.
• Understand how VCs work and how they can help wonderful entrepreneurs change our world.
• Get first-hand experience on US practices (in particular through your work on our US bridge)
• Got a huge international network of entrepreneurs, experts, investors, …

We’re looking for someone :

Humble : we do our best to bring support to our founders and comex team but they are the real stars.

Looking for (execution) excellency : we work for entrepreneurs who raised millions of euros and manage more than 100 employees on average. There is no room for “average work”.

Able to jump on different topics : we are experts on how to run a company. We have to be able to speak ops, finance, HR, sales, product, … with comex members and understand their key challenges.

Loving scalability & tools : we serve +70 portfolio companies and need to bring support within 48h. We need to think “scalability” and work with Zapier, Bubble, Airtable, and other no code tools to help us increase our capacity.

You speak french and english, have a good team spirit.
