We are hiring an organized Content Marketing Manager to join our Growth team.
You will report to the Inbound Team Lead and you will work closely with another Content Marketing Manager, an Inbound Marketing Manager and a Customer Marketing Manager. 

In your everyday job as a Content Marketer, you will build engaging stories on all channels available, for all our products, to attract new customers and advocate for our customers community.

At Welcome to the Jungle, content is king: we want our B2B audience to get actual value from our content and live the Welcome to the Jungle experience. Our content strategy is key in supporting our business team’s objectives.

MISSIONS

CONTENT PRODUCTION & OPTIMISATION

  • Creating all types of content that focuses on conversion, such as one-pagers to explain our value proposition, landing pages to convert prospects, how-to-guides to drive engagement and adoption and prospect emails that provoke and engage.

  • Collaborate and co-produce content with external partners relevant for our audience.

  • Work closely with clients to create compelling testimonials and use-cases.

  • Copywriting creative propositions for paid campaigns.

  • Develop and implement the email marketing strategy to build awareness and improve MQL conversion (from newsletter to customer emails) with the help of the Inbound Marketing Manager.

  • Plan and execute content segmentation and adaptation for our different target audiences (ie: by industries, by persona, by locations, etc.)

  • Implement the SEO strategy based on our SEO expert’s recommendations.

  • Co-animate a team of freelancers writers and experts.

TEST, MEASURE & GROW

  • Devise and execute A/B tests (subject lines, CTA, formats, messaging, targets, etc.) within the growth test roadmap.

  • Track progress on all new content production, report status, maintain schedules.

  • Monitor, analyze and report on content’s impact on revenue with the help of the growth team.

  • Clearly communicate strategy, findings, and recommendations.

  • Promote content internally to ensure the maximum impact and usage of created assets.

CONTENT STRATEGY & ORCHESTRATION

  • Identify trends and marketing strategies best practices from other leading companies to glean insights, new innovative ideas/tactics and tools.

  • Innovate on new formats or topics of interests for our audience.

  • Participate in the definition of the editorial content strategy.

  • Partner with our marketing, product, sales, client success, senior leaders and industry experts to define and produce highly engaging content that enables our overall strategy and meets the needs of our audiences.

You will work closely with:

  • The Product Marketing team during product launches to support them with your content

  • The Brand team to ensure Brand consistency

  • The Business team to get feedbacks from the market

  • And obviously everyone at Welcome to the Jungle !


Profil recherché

At Welcome to the Jungle, we are all coming from (really) different backgrounds, that’s our main strength!

Our Content Marketing Manager would be someone with:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in content management in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling, grammar, and syntax. Your pen is your best ally!

  • Ability to design an editorial content and to develop structured, clear and compelling messaging

  • Creativity and curiosity: you are always looking for new ideas, the “test and learn” methodology has no secret for you

  • Excellent communication skills, both in French and English

  • Step 1: a first zoom discussion with Faustine, Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Step 2: a zoom interview with Ellora, Inbound Growth Team Lead
    -> After this interview you could be asked to write a short text to evaluate the tone of your writing.

  • Step 3: a zoom interview with Göze, Head of Growth

  • Step 4: a zoom interview with Marion, Team Leader SDR outbound or Margot, Team Leader Account Manager

  • Step 5: a zoom interview with Faustine, Talent Acquisition Manager
