Your Mission :
To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for an Sales Manager UK, ready to take ownership of one of our most strategic markets.
As part of our Sales team (15 people across Europe), to lead our expansion in the UK, with full autonomy and strong support from HQ.
You will:
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and upselling.
Engage with top decision-makers – from startup founders to office managers in global companies.
Build and execute a go-to-market strategy specifically for the UK.
Test, learn, and adapt your approach to meet ambitious growth targets.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Ops to maximize lead generation and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
Outbound (70%): Prospect new companies (startups, SMEs, corporates) via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Build local partnerships (coworking spaces, distributors, resellers).
Inbound (30%): Qualify incoming leads, working with Marketing to improve conversion rates.
Upsell: Spot new opportunities within existing UK accounts.
Events & Trade Shows: Represent Work with Island at UK industry events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Analysis & Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously refine your UK sales playbook.

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Management
💼 Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
📞 You LOVE prospecting – picking up the phone and cold calling? No problem!
🔫 Proven experience in managing the entire sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
🗣️ Fluent in English (French is a big plus!)
