Your mission
As Wooclap expands, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager Intern based in Brussels and/or Paris.
This role sits at the intersection of two strategic teams, Sales and Customer Success Management, offering a unique learning experience and a comprehensive understanding of both areas.
You’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with our clients and users in the Spanish and Latin American markets, playing a pivotal role in helping them adopt, enjoy, and maximize the value of our tool.
Additionally, you will play a role in generating lead opportunities and engaging in proactive prospecting to expand our user base and drive growth.
Your responsibilities
Assist partners and users by promptly addressing their questions and resolving any challenges they encounter.
Support our partners in deploying the tool and ensure its optimal adoption to meet their goals.
Conduct training sessions for our users and offer guidance on best practices for using Wooclap.
Monitor and analyze the performance metrics of the tool’s usage.
Create content, such as videos and written materials, to assist our partners in deploying the tool within their institution and to keep them informed about product updates.
Act as the liaison between our customers and internal teams (technical, marketing, sales, and operations) to understand their needs and address their concerns effectively.
Generate lead opportunities and engage in proactive prospecting to expand our user base and drive growth.
