Event Manager - Native English speaker - Montreal

Join Naboo, a fast-growing company in the event management industry. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for organizing client events, ensuring client satisfaction, conducting negotiations with service providers, and building trusted relationships with clients and partners. You will also participate in the development of processes, tools, and product features, and recruit and train new team members. This is a full-time position based in Montreal, and fluency in English is required, with French being a plus.

Within our team of Event Managers, your role will be to organise client events :

  • Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests

  • Conduct negotiations with service providers

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and partners

  • Participate to the development of processes, tools and product features

  • Recruit and train new joiners

  • Note: Event Manager usually don’t attend client events

⚠️ This is a full-time position (40hrs/week - from Monday to Friday)

Profil recherché

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You speak native English

  • It is a huge plus if you also speak French

  • You have a previous experience in corporate events or hospitality

  • You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

  • You are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Step 1: Video call with the Country Manager (15 minutes)

  • Step 2: Speed dating with 4 team members (60 minutes)
