Organiser des événements en collaboration avec les clients et les prestataires de services, en veillant à la satisfaction du client.

Conduire des négociations avec les prestataires de services et protéger la marge bénéficiaire de l'entreprise sur chaque événement.

Participer au développement de nouveaux processus, outils et fonctionnalités de produits, ainsi qu'à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux employés.

N.B : Role based in Barcelona

Your role:

Within our Customer Success team, your role will be to organise events in collaboration with clients and service providers, including:

  • Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests

  • Conduct negotiations with service providers

  • Protect the company’s profit margin on each event

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and partners

  • Participate to the development of new processes, tools and product features

  • Participate to the onboarding and training of new joiners

  • During periods of lower activity, source and onboard new service providers

Profil recherché

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You are fluent in French (C2) and another European language (C1 or C2 in English, Spanish, Italian, Portugese, German or Dutch)

  • You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

  • You are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Step 1: Video call with a team member (15 minutes)

  • Step 2: Speed dating with 4-5 Naboo team members from different departments, 15 minutes each, for an informal discussion and insights into the company’s culture
