Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for a Community & Communications Intern (PR + Social) to help us scale our communications internationally. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of community engagement and social execution, while supporting PR initiatives by identifying opportunities, amplifying key messages, and helping build Naboo’s credibility with relevant audiences.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate with Brand, Content, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure Naboo shows up in the right places, with the right tone, at the right time.

Your Responsibilities

1) Community & Social Media (core)

  • Own the daily management of Naboo’s social channels (primarily LinkedIn, potentially Instagram/TikTok depending on strategy)

  • Plan and publish content in coordination with the marketing calendar (posts, stories, short formats, carousels)

  • Write on-brand copy in English (and ideally French), adapting tone by audience and channel

  • Engage with the community: reply to comments/DMs, interact with relevant accounts, and maintain an active presence

  • Identify trends and formats that can help Naboo grow internationally (hooks, angles, content patterns)

2) Content Support & Brand Consistency

  • Support content production: briefs, repurposing, captions, newsletters snippets, social-first angles

  • Turn company updates (product, partnerships, customer stories, insights) into social-ready content

  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging pillars, and positioning across platforms

3) PR & Earned Media (support)

  • Identify PR opportunities: relevant media, newsletters, podcasts, communities, LinkedIn creators, events

  • Build and maintain a lightweight PR tracker (contacts, angles, outreach status, results)

  • Support outreach preparation: media lists, pitching angles, press kit updates, key message docs

  • Monitor mentions, competitor activity, and category news; recommend reactive opportunities (“newsjacking” done right)

4) Reporting & Insights

  • Track performance weekly: engagement, reach, follower growth, best-performing topics/formats

  • Share insights and propose improvements (what to double down on, what to stop, what to test next)


Profil recherché

Profile We’re Looking For

  • You’re currently studying (or recently graduated) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related

  • You love writing and know how to adapt tone across formats (social-first copy is a plus)

  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple topics and staying organized (calendars, trackers, coordination)

  • You’re curious about PR, media, communities, and storytelling

  • You’re internet-savvy: you understand what performs on LinkedIn and how to build engagement

  • You’re proactive: you spot opportunities and come with solutions, not just tasks

Language

  • Fluent English is required (our international expansion depends on it)

  • French is a strong plus

What Success Looks Like (first 2–3 months)

  • Naboo’s channels feel active, consistent, and on-brand, with reliable posting cadence

  • Community engagement improves (comments, DMs, shares, meaningful conversations)

  • A clear system is in place for PR tracking + a steady flow of identified opportunities

  • The Marketing team feels supported with content execution and amplification

Tools & Skills (nice to have, not mandatory)

  • Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)

  • Canva / basic design sense for social formats

  • Notion / Airtable / Google Sheets (content calendars + trackers)

  • Basic analytics & reporting instincts
