As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the engine of Najar’s digital growth. You’ll act as both a strategist and a hands-on operator, responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing our inbound engine across SEO, Paid Ads, and CRO, while supporting our GTM strategy for enterprise accounts and international expansion.
Your work will directly impact lead generation, pipeline growth, and the alignment of digital performance with business objectives.
Define and execute the inbound and digital acquisition strategy (SEO, Paid, CRO) to drive measurable pipeline contribution.
Optimize the full digital funnel, from website conversion to SQL, continuously improving ROI.
Launch and manage ABM and international GTM campaigns, targeting enterprise accounts and new European markets.
Collaborate closely with PMM, Content, Sales, BDRs, freelancers, and agencies to ensure alignment, impact, and brand trust.
Track and report key metrics.
Test, iterate, and implement learnings rapidly; share best practices internally.
Build and improve our digital infrastructure: website, tracking, analytics, SEO & Paid stack.
Proven growth expertise: 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital acquisition, with hands-on experience building and scaling inbound channels (SEO, Paid Ads, CRO) to generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline.
Strategic and operational mindset: Able to design data-driven campaigns, optimize full funnels, and iteratively improve performance while managing budgets, teams, or agencies.
Cross-functional collaborator: Works effectively with Sales, PMM, Content, and external partners to align digital growth with business objectives.
Proactive “builder” mentality: Autonomous, action-oriented, comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from strategy to execution.
International fluency: English-proficient, experienced in managing campaigns across multiple countries and reporting to European stakeholders.
