As we expand our presence in the UK, we are looking for a high-impact individual to join us as the first Pre-sales team member based in the region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our local footprint while contributing to strategic deals across Europe.
As a Senior Product Specialist (Pre-Sales), you will play a key role in the sales process, working at the intersection of the product, business, and client success teams. You will bring deep expertise in capital markets and sustainable finance to design and present high-value solutions to prospective clients.
You’ll support sales engagements, lead product demonstrations, and contribute to tailored proposals. Your input will be instrumental in guiding solution design, providing market feedback to the product team to enrich the solution, and ensuring a seamless transition to delivery teams.
Being the first pre-sales in a growing UK team, you will also play a strategic role in helping to establish local best practices and influence our commercial expansion in the region.
Act as a subject matter expert in financial markets and sustainable finance during client engagements.
Partner closely with Sales to understand client needs and position relevant solutions.
Lead detailed product demonstrations, workshops, and Q&A sessions with financial institutions.
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, and solution design.
Translate complex business requirements into product configurations and documentation.
Provide structured feedback to Product teams on market trends and client expectations.
Help build and maintain sales support content (use cases, demo scripts, product decks).
Represent the company in the UK market and contribute to local business development initiatives.

5+ years’ experience in a product specialist, pre-sales, business analyst, or ESG/financial consulting role.
Strong understanding of capital markets (financial instruments, front-to-back processes, and regulatory landscape).
Knowledge of ESG and sustainable finance frameworks (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, etc.).
Experience with pricing structures and the elaboration of a pricing strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders (e.g., portfolio managers, risk officers, compliance leads).
Team-oriented, client-focused, and highly self-driven.
Native or fluent English speaker; French or another European language is a plus.
Based in the UK, London, or willing to travel regularly for client meetings.
