About WeeFin

WeeFin aims to become the European market leader in SaaS for sustainable finance, helping financial institutions accelerate their ESG transformation. After strong growth in France and the UK, we are now expanding into Germany, a strategic market for WeeFin’s European ambitions.

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead WeeFin’s commercial development in Germany. You will be the first on the ground, responsible for building the local presence, opening key accounts, and establishing the foundations for long-term growth. Working directly with the founders and the Sales leadership in the UK and France, this is a strategic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial role with strong potential to build and lead a local sales team in the coming years.

Your Mission

  • Launch and grow the German market for WeeFin’s ESG SaaS platform

  • Define and implement the go-to-market and client acquisition strategy

  • Develop new business opportunities from prospecting to closing, focusing on asset managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions

  • Represent WeeFin in Germany as the local ambassador for our brand and mission

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales teams in France and the UK to share insights, structure processes, and build a unified European approach

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Expertise, Tech) to ensure clients receive maximum value and impact

Profil recherché

Your Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or sustainable finance

  • A proven track record of developing new markets and closing complex deals

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to build from scratch in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on execution approach

  • Native-level German and fluent English (French is a plus)

  • The ambition to grow into a Country Manager role and lead the German sales team as the market expands
