About the Interactions Team ⭐️

The Interactions team’s mission is to manage and deliver the coaching interactions to the clients, supporting them in their progress and keeping them happy and engaged throughout their wave. 

By joining the team as a Coaching Progress Associate, you’ll be co-responsible for implementing coaching tactics for each client, producing and delivering structured feedback at key stages of the program, and identifying patterns and trends to adapt the coaching program based on the client’s behavior. 

You will be joining a team of 6 and you will report to our Coaching Interaction Sr Manager, Sophie Holubinka, and work alongside our VP of Coaching Practice, Marine Buclon-Ducasse, our Science Manager Theo Tsamba, and our Care Manager and Associate Julia and Mordjen.

What you will do in this role 🤔

  • Drive progress: implement coaching tactics and strategies for all clients, supporting the care team. Challenge and approve the coaching objective, course correct the coaching steps when needed.
  • Show progress: read client’s history and produce rich feedback for clients in key moments of the program.
  • Analyze progress: Identify patterns and adapt the coaching plan to the client's behavior.
  • Track progress: Monitor data on engagement, satisfaction, and progress of clients at risk vs successful clients.
  • What you’ll need 😎

  • A detail-oriented and structured mindset.
  • Ability to understand, design, and implement processes.
  • Ability to understand an executive client’s context, dynamics, and coaching needs.
  • Interest in coaching/personal development and/or psychology.
  • English fluency.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking, and working in a high-speed environment.
  • Nice to have: a first experience in a start-up.

  • What’s the interview process like? ⚒

  • Meet with Julien, first call to you get to know you better and tell you more about Wave and the position.
  • Case study at home (1h).
  • Meet with Sophie, the hiring manager (1h).
  • Team/ Stakeholders interview (1h).
  • On average, the entire process lasts 3 weeks and a decision is usually made within 48hrs after the last interview 🤞
