We are looking for a very organized team player who knows to take the lead, how to manage end to end digital product development and excels in multitasking.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years working experience as Digital PM or related roles 

Ability to listen, understand, analyze and synthesize the different business needs

Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style

Creative thinker with vision, take the lead while being good team player

Strong ability to adapt in a fast evolving environment and solve problems

Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture

Bilingual in Chinese and English (oral and written), French is a plus

You have experience with e-commerce, CRM, WeChat mini-programs and other digital IT systems

Experience in e-commerce and retail is appreciated

Strong understanding of the market, with the ability to deliver clear and effective presentations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

College education or above

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Identify business needs and prioritize objectives & tasks

Manage the relationship with stakeholders

Ensure the availability of resources, plan capacity, define technical solutions in line with the context and the customer’ standards

Organize the different project phases, follow schedules, develop roadmaps, as long as establishing guidelines and project governance framework

Test and validate the quality of product developments and make sure they meet the requirements (acceptance tests / UAT)

Guarantee the support to end users (customers) and the quality of the delivered solution

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years working experience as Digital PM or related roles 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Agile process principles and tools, deep understanding of digital solutions, strong PM experience

APPRECIATED SKILLS

UX, Website, H5, WeChat Miniprogram & best practices, CRM & sCRM, e-commerce and/or e-retail
