You will be attached to the Marketing department of VivaTech, whose objective is twofold: to establish the notoriety of VivaTech internationally, and to generate ticket sales for the event.
You will support us in the strategy and operational management of our CRM and email campaigns. You will learn how to manage CRM campaigns from A to Z, from writing content, to managing our databases, to sending campaigns. You will have a specific focus on segmentation and customer journey.
Managing CRM campaigns (newsletters, commercial offers, etc.) from writing to sending.
Setting up email campaigns in our routing tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Design and implement automated emails scenarios.
Assisting with the setup of multichannel campaigns (emails, reminders, SMS and phone calls).
Developing our segmentation with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Liaising with other VivaTech teams to meet their communication needs (conferences, start-ups, exhibitors, innovations, side events, etc.). .
A/B testing and a test & learn approach.
Analyse campaign results and provide recommendations using Power BI.
Competitive Intelligence.
Being part of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Data Marketing
Interest in CRM, marketing automation and technological tools.
Good level of written English for content production.
Comfortable with numbers, curious and attentive to details
Initial experience with Salesforce or a CRM tool is a plus.
Fluent in French & English.
