What is the role?

• Overall quantity tracking of works, Integrating drone data with owner quantity report for monthly progress
• Organizing Quality Control and Quality Assurance for the roadwork scopes of work for the project site
• Assisting on technical submittals and drafting procedures with project management. Manage the job specific SharePoint and document control structure
• Completing and organizing project daily reports to document ongoing activity of the works
• Organize and document daily site photographs of project activity
• Site environmental monitoring and controls that site meet or exceeds regulatory and internal standards
• Position will blend a primarily management focused role with field activity
• Winter season planning, phasing, and estimating with the Municipal group

What do we value?

We are looking to a Project Coordinator in our Municipal Business Unit. This position may be offered as either a seasonal or permanent opportunity, depending on the candidate’s experience and project needs. The role will report directly to the Project Manager during in-season project work. Reporting to the Municipal Business Unit Manager overall. The opportunity will be on a project involving expansion of a new interchange adding a new bridge, new pedestrian bridge, a mix of greenfield and brownfield construction for an $80M project.
