• You will be responsible for managing overall contract review activities up to the contract signature, including planning and organizing work to prepare proposals.

• You will need to prepare pricing proposals, planning organization, and services, while following up on clarifications requested by the Client and managing administrative steps such as insurance and warranty.

• You will plan and lead contract review meetings (kick-off, midway, and closing meetings), prepare and distribute meeting reports, and ensure follow-up on decided actions as well as organizing the preliminary site visit if planned.

• You will distribute tasks related to proposals among the relevant specialists, collect and review studies performed, and finalize proposals.

• You will evaluate proposals in terms of presentation, technical aspects, and quality, and validate them before sending them to the Client.

• You will coordinate with the Client, Suppliers, and third parties regarding financial, planning, and technical aspects.
• You will be the point of contact for the client during the tender phase, participate in negotiations and clarifications, and be responsible for signing the contract if delegation is given.

Your Profile :

• You are a graduate engineer in construction or equivalent , with an extensive experience in the pipeline/construction field.

• You are willing to undertake short missions abroad to visit potential project sites and meet Clients or partners for joint ventures, for example.

• You are an excellent communicator.

• You have a client-oriented mindset and behavior.
• You demonstrate organization and rigor, and can work under pressure.
• Skills in pipeline construction and commissioning activities are necessary together with excellent calculation skills.
• 
  You have expertise in legal and risk management.
• It is essential to adhere to the company's QHSE/CSR culture and values (safety management training is a plus).
• A good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Ideally, you also speak German.
