Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Operations collective.

The Operations Collective ensures that buyers and sellers have a smooth experience to fulfill and receive their ordered items. This includes Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Authentication, Customer Service and Quality Control. On top of Operations we also work on making Vestiaire a global platform that users across the world can use. This starts with managing translations and includes all localization efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Write clean, concise and sustainable code
• Support our operations team with tools to efficiently do their work.
• Work on and with our Order Management to ensure that every order is processing within tightly managed order states.
• Orchestrate the order flow between multiple internal and external Services and ensure nothing is lost in between Systems.
• Problem solver with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a team spirit and empathy
• Explore innovative ways to include AI for efficiency gains.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Who you are

• Solid experience PHP/Symfony and/or Go
• Experience in leading small to medium sized projects
• Customer centric mindset
• Experience in operations related topics is a plus
• Experience in Ecommerce is a plus
