Your role

• Lead, train, and support the store team.

• Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.

• Deliver a simple, attentive, and consistent customer experience.

• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.

• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation.

• Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and internal processes.

• Communicate with head office and share field insights.

• Proven experience in retail team management.

• Strong sense of service, reliability, and team vision.

• Organized, autonomous, and detail oriented.

• Interest in responsible fashion and VEJA’s mission.

• English required.
