WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AS AN ADOPS & IN-STORE OPERATIONS CAMPAIGN MANAGER?

Within a dynamic team, you will play a key role in in creating, executing, and delivering advertising campaigns within the ad server. This role is a key point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, working with internal and external stakeholders. The AdOps is responsible also of the strategic development and operational coordination of the In-Store Network, ensuring proper campaign setup, delivery on KPIs, and a positive customer experience both online and in-store.


In this role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Ad Operations & Analysis

  • Pre-Campaign Analysis & Setup: Support the internal sales team through pre-campaign analysis to validate technical feasibility, inventory availability, and optimal campaign strategy. Accurately traffic campaigns sold and booked by the internal sales team, ensuring rigorous setup within the ad server.
  • Pacing & Optimization: Support the sales team with the execution, pacing, and basic optimization of campaigns to ensure delivery against performance targets.
  • Reporting & Post-Campaign Analysis: Pull comprehensive reporting and data for booked campaigns. Conduct post-campaign analysis to summarize performance, extract key learnings, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and customers.
  • Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices by working closely with the Ad Operations team and other internal teams to standardize and optimize processes.

2. In-Store Operations & Coordination

  • Operational Support & Coordination: Provide strategic and operational support to the commercial team, focusing on the management and development of the national network (rollout activities, expansion, and partner retention).
  • Sales & Offer Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to define and develop the commercial offer and actively participate in sales budget planning and forecasting activities related to the in-store network.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Support the direct management of relationships with clients and stakeholders during the onboarding and activation phases of in-store services. Assist in coordinating vendors with a focus on quality, timeliness, and cost control for technical material and consumables.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain experience in both digital advertising operations (with a strong focus on analysis) and crucial cross-functional business development.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an confirmed profile (at least 1/2 years) in digital advertising and campaign management with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Your profile will be a perfect match for our environment if you recognize yourself in the following: 

  • Proven analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Eagerness to learn about publisher, ad tech, or agency ad-serving systems and in-store operational dynamics.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
