Our Global Senior Marketing Manager based in Canada is looking for a marketing student to complete a 6 month full time internship from September 2023. The position is based in Toulouse.

Surrounded by a multicultural and dynamic team, using innovative collaborative work methods and tools, your missions will be based on the organization of market research and project coordination. 

If you are motivated and ambitious, this internship will be an opportunity to acquire and develop strategic marketing research capabilities, project management skills, and communication skills within a fast growing international agile company.

Project coordination and communication 

*Develop communication materials (invitation emails, social media posts etc.) in English and French 

*Collaborate with the marketing agency and implement actions to attract new customers globally (email, social ads, and SEO campaigns etc.).

*Facilitate the regional adoption of the initiatives. 

Manage the timelines and deliverables, report on the progress, and flag the possible issues for the initiatives you lead. 

Market research

*Work with the Senior Manager on the strategic account research 

*Possibly work with the Senior Manager on competitor analysis 

*Include the collected info into database

You are a student at the end of the cycle in marketing OR you are doing a gap year from September 2023

And you are ...

*Communication - You are an excellent communicator (written and spoken.) Whatever the subject, you are able to speak to what your audience and readers need. You think about what's important for your audience and use the professional language.  

*Strategy thinking - You are able to capture the strategic guidance and can reflect in daily work and research with the overarching strategy in mind. 

*Organization - You know how to manage priorities and timelines. You are able to carry out several projects in parallel, to follow them through until their successful execution, especially when deadlines are tight.

*Project management - Autonomous, proactive, and organized, you are able to analyze and design an action plan, execute it, and refine it, while ensuring effective reporting.

*Interest in the IT industry - You are curious and interested in IT ecosystem. You know how to quickly take in hand a new subject and talk about it. You are comfortable with the techy environment and learning about the new software systems. 

*English - You must be able to communicate fluently both in writing and orally: communications are mainly in English.

*French - The spelling and syntax pro: it's YOU!

*Team Spirit - You like working in a team and you fit easily into a group. You are comfortable asking for or giving help when the need arises.
