Job summary 

Reporting to our Corporate Sales Director based in the Netherlands, the Account Executive contributes to revenue growth within the Corporate segment by managing opportunities and deals on a daily basis in their client portfolio, fostering long-term client relationships, and enhancing Valiantys’ market presence. By laying the groundwork for accounts to grow, they create opportunities for larger engagements and ensure a seamless transition to other teams as the relationship evolves, supporting the client’s long-term success.

Purpose and Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation

- Drive growth and profitability by identifying opportunities and closing deals within an assigned client portfolio

- Execute targeted sales strategies focused on the specific Tier 3 customer segment to meet revenue targets while optimizing the attach rate

- Develop and implement a pipeline generation plan by identifying focus accounts and key campaigns to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned area

Client Relationship Management

- Build and foster long-term client relationships through regular communication, fostering trust and satisfaction

- Engage with clients, to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions 

- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely support

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding service offerings

- Support, and occasionally lead, presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

Forecasting and Reporting

- Prepare, update, and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports, with supervision

- Regularly monitor your sales performance, enabling timely adjustments to strategies for meeting targets

- Ensure compliance with reporting standards

Knowledge Development and Accreditation

- Maintain knowledge of Valiantys services offerings & Atlassian stack, to provide informed recommendations

- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Atlassian certification/accreditation, to support sales efforts and ensure credibility

Collaboration and Team Effort

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

- Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on sales progress and supporting collective objectives

You bring 3 years minimum of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in IT or software.

Energized by targets, you thrive in a performance-driven environment and never miss the chance to turn opportunities into wins.

A natural communicator, you’re comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, building trust and credibility at every step. Proactive and ambitious, you love the challenge of closing deals, expanding accounts, and exceeding expectations.

You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus). This role follows a flexible hybrid working model, combining remote and on-site collaboration.
