The job description...

 

1.  Owned strategy:

- Design and implement the Owned social media strategy to strengthen the brand's presence in France and internationally.- Manage and develop original content for proprietary social media platforms.- Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on market data and trends.

2.  Earned strategy:

- Identify, establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in France. - Design collaborative campaigns to increase brand visibility through influencers. - Measure the impact of collaborations and adjust approaches accordingly.

3.  International coordination:

- Work closely with international teams to adapt and deploy Owned and Earned strategy in international markets. - Draft detailed and understandable guidelines to ensure consistent and effective implementation in diverse cultural contexts.

4.  Strategic Intelligence: - Monitor developments in social media, consumer trends and new industry players. - Propose innovations and opportunities to keep strategies relevant and effective.


Profil recherché

With a 5-year higher education qualification (Business School / University) with a specialization in digital marketing, you have 3 years' experience in managing Owned social media and relations with influencers.

 

Skills required :

 

1.  Experience:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Owned social media and influencer relations.

2.  Technical Skills:- Excellent understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.- Mastery of social media analysis tools.- Strong interest in and sensitivity to skincare products.- Influence and content agency management, strong negotiation skills. - Organization and project management

3.  Communication :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to write clear and precise instructions.

4.  Relational:- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with influencers and international partners.5.  Creativity:- Ability to develop innovative ideas for content and influencer collaborations.

Education: University degree in marketing, communications or social media.

 

Technical skills:
