    Job description

    As the first Country Sales Manager -UK (Expansion Manager), you will be responsible for identifying your regional market for uptime’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).

    • Identify and analyze the key challenges of the lift maintenance market in your prospecting area.

    • Establish a team-based go-to-market strategy.

    • Launch the offer by signing the first test contracts.

    • Accompany the product and R&D in the operational implementation of uptime’s PaaS.
      Pilot the commercial tests of uptime’s offer by the lift maintenance compagnies.

    • Build the ideal offer for the market in cooperation with Product & Marketing.

    • Initiate the scaling up on your market by converting 50% of the signed trial agreements into commercial contracts.

    Preferred experience

    As a critical stakeholder in the development of our PaaS, you have 3 years experience in Sales Management, with a proven track record of successful sales growth and development ideally in a deep tech company.

    You have sales experience and consultative selling process, experienced in Account Management, with the capability to develop relationships across multiple stakeholders, and multiple levels of the organization. ( sales, technicians, IT, board members )

    You are a do-er, you have a strong business acumen with the ability to counsel and develop relationships/business.

    You are able to travel up to 50%. You are fluent English. French is nice to have.
