About the team:

We are looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager to join our team at Turo. This position will work closely with Finance management and key business partners to drive detailed revenue forecasting, analysis, and planning across the business.You will be instrumental in delivering our Revenue forecasting and insights that help to drive Turo’s strategic objectives. You will own complex forecasting models across different countries and work closely with executives and functional leaders across Turo to plan and forecast our revenue, monetization, and other strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and enhance the Revenue forecasting processes across our global business, including rolling forecasts, annual & long-range planning, and other analyses

  • Prepare month and quarter-end reporting and presentations for leadership, providing analysis to support short and long-term decisions

  • Partner with multiple business departments to develop thoughtful forecasts and gain deep insights into variance drivers, enabling the business to proactively respond

  • Leverage tools and lead initiatives to improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting for our global business

  • Identify and quantify financial/operational risks and opportunities for the business

  • Drive ad-hoc business projects as necessary

Your Profile:

  • Located in the Toronto, Canada area and committed to coming into our office 3 days/week

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or other technical field preferred; MBA nice to have

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting with analytical responsibilities. Ideally, you’ve worked at a fast-growing technology company

  • Experience building complex financial models

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience skills

  • Experience conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insights to various internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team structure while meeting tight deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights and NetSuite preferred

  • Interested in honing your modeling skills and picking up new skills as required (i.e. SQL)

For this role, the target base salary range in Toronto is $88,000 - $110,000 CAD annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
