Missions:

You will be a support to the Private Equity team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring of Private Equity transactions. Main tasks include:

• Studying and analysing activity, market, positioning and financial performance of target companies;

• Updating financial models and presentations;

• Supporting the drafting of investment committee memo;

• Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses.

Profile:

• Recent graduate or close to graduation from a university or business school with a specialization in finance;

• Previous experience in Private Equity/ M&A/ Corporate Finance/ Equity Research;

• Fluent in Italian and English;

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;

• Curious and proactive, with strong analytical skills;

• International mindset, exchange abroad program is a plus.
