Vous rejoignez l’équipe Client Service et contribuez au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l’activité, en appui de l’ensemble des analystes de l’équipe, dans un environnement dynamique et international.

Le département Client Service couvre l’ensemble des expertises de la société de gestion (fonds de Dette Privée, Immobilier, fonds Crédit et Diversifiés et fonds de Private Equity). Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous serez amené à :

• Mise à jour et qualité des données contacts/investisseurs (CRM, listes de diffusion, référentiels).
• Gestion des accès au portail investisseurs (créations/modifications/suppressions, tests d’accès, dépannage basique).
• Mise en ligne et classement des documents sur le portail pour toute l’équipe Client Service : reportings périodiques, Capital Account Statements (CAS), investor notices/appels et distributions, fichiers TPT/Tripartite, et autres documents réglementaires.
• Contrôles de base avant publication (complétude, nommage, millésime) et coordination de corrections simples avec les analystes.
• Recertifications et KYC pour les entités Tikehau : collecte de documents, relances, mise à jour des dossiers et suivi des statuts (préparation/checklists pour validation par l’équipe, sans analyse LCB-FT autonome).
• Gestion des boîtes partagées et réponses de premier niveau aux demandes investisseurs (accès, documents manquants), avec escalade vers les analystes si nécessaire.
• Suivi opérationnel et mise à jour de trackers (uploads, accès, KYC), et contribution au respect du calendrier de diffusion des reportings.

Exposition et interactions :

• Contacts directs de premier niveau avec des clients/investisseurs et distributeurs (emails/appels concernant accès portail et mise à disposition de documents), sous supervision.
• Collaboration transverse avec Middle Office, Fund Finance, Legal/Compliance, Risk et IT/Portail sur les sujets liés à la vie des fonds et à l’expérience investisseurs.
• Participation aux points d’équipe et réunions de coordination autour des échéances clés (reportings, appels de fonds et distributions).

Outils et méthodes :

• Utilisation des outils internes (Portail investisseurs, SharePoint/Teams, Excel/PowerPoint) avec formation et bonnes pratiques documentaires/process.

You will join the Client Service team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of operations, supporting all of the team’s analysts in a dynamic, international environment.

The Client Service department covers all of the management company's areas of expertise (Private Debt, Real Estate, Credit and Diversified funds and Private Equity funds). In the context of this internship, you will be required to :

• Update and ensure the quality of contact/investor data (CRM, distribution lists, reference databases).
• Manage investor portal access (account creation/modification/deletion, access tests, basic troubleshooting).
• Upload and organize documents on the portal for the entire Client Service team: periodic reports, Capital Account Statements (CAS), investor notices/capital calls and distributions, TPT/Tripartite files, and other regulatory documents.
• Perform basic checks prior to publication (completeness, naming, vintage) and coordinate straightforward corrections with analysts.
• Handle recertifications and KYC for Tikehau entities: collect documents, follow up, update files, and track statuses (preparation/checklists for team validation, without independent AML/CFT analysis).
• Manage shared mailboxes and provide first-level responses to investor requests (access issues, missing documents), escalating to analysts as needed.
• Monitor operations and update trackers (uploads, access, KYC), and help ensure timelines for the dissemination of reports are met.

Exposure and interactions:

• First-line direct contact with clients/investors and distributors (emails/calls regarding portal access and document availability), under supervision.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Middle Office, Fund Finance, Legal/Compliance, Risk, and IT/Portal on topics related to fund operations and the investor experience.
• Participation in team touchpoints and coordination meetings around key deadlines (reporting, capital calls, and distributions).

Tools and methods:

• Use of internal tools (Investor Portal, SharePoint/Teams, Excel/PowerPoint) with training and good documentation/process practices.

Profile :

• Étudiant(e) en stage (Bac+3 à Bac+5), rigoureux(se), organisé(e), avec un sens du service client.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; Excel opérationnel (mise en forme, filtres, contrôle de listes) ; PowerPoint basique.
• Excellentes qualités de communication écrite en français et en anglais ; professionnalisme et esprit d’équipe.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
