As Technical Sales Manager – Europe, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing long-term relationships with major industrial clients. You’ll sell solutions that deliver measurable ROI, not just technology — focusing on the economic, ecological, and societal value TiHive brings.
You’ll lead the full sales cycle: from identifying opportunities and building trust, to closing multi-line solution deals and managing recurring annual renewals. You’ll be a key player in TiHive’s commercial growth journey, helping us scale across Europe and beyond.
Develop and execute a sales plan for the European hygiene and manufacturing sectors
Build and manage relationships with key industrial accounts
Sell solution-based offerings with both hardware and SaaS components
Articulate the ROI and sustainability impact of TiHive’s technology
Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and multi-line deal structuring
Manage renewals and account growth in a recurring revenue model
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on customer needs
Represent TiHive at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Proven experience in technical or solution sales to large industrial clients
Strong understanding of value-based selling and recurring revenue models
Experience in industrial automation, vision systems, or sensing technologies
Familiarity with the hygiene industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a strong plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
Willingness to travel across Europe
