As B2B Sales Manager – Industrial Vision Solutions, you’ll lead the charge in selling high-impact solutions to large industrial clients across Europe. You’ll focus on value creation, ROI-driven selling, and long-term account growth.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on closing deals, building trust, and growing recurring revenue.
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy for the hygiene and manufacturing sectors
Sell hardware + SaaS solutions that solve real customer problems
Build and manage relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Lead deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiation
Drive renewals and upsells in a recurring revenue model
Collaborate with technical and product teams to align on customer needs
Represent TiHive at industry events and customer meetings
Strong track record in B2B solution sales, ideally in industrial or deeptech sectors
Experience selling SaaS or service-based offerings to large enterprises
Skilled in value-based selling, ROI modeling, and consultative sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
Comfortable with travel across Europe
