About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Content Specialist in the client success team to lead the content and merchandising strategy for our partner brands across multiple marketplaces.

You will be the guardian of both brand consistency and content performance, ensuring that all shop-in-shops (Brand Homes) deliver a strong visual and commercial impact. You’ll also drive the enhancement of product content and media assets for our French, Spanish, Italian, and international partner brands.

Your role combines operational management, commercial animation, performance analysis, and continuous improvement projects — all aimed at maximizing the attractiveness and conversion of brand and product pages.

Main Responsibilities

🛍️ 1. Management and Animation of Shop-in-Shops (Brand Homes)

  • Manage a portfolio of 15 to 20 shop-in-shops across various marketplaces (Zalando, etc.).

  • Update visuals, carousels, and banners according to the commercial calendar and key marketing moments:

    • Weekly updates for premium brands

    • Monthly updates for other brands

  • Coordinate seasonal updates of Brand Homes (visuals, collections, copy).

  • Proactively suggest content animations and merchandising recommendations aligned with e-commerce highlights and commercial opportunities.

  • Produce monthly performance reports for brands on their shop performance.

  • Ensure brand consistency between official brand websites and their marketplace presence through regular benchmarking.

A shop-in-shop is like a brand’s boutique window — it should evolve throughout the season to reflect weather, trends, and key retail periods (e.g. Christmas, wedding season). Regular animation is a strong driver of sales.


🎨 2. Product Content Optimization and Brand Enhancement

  • Identify and implement content improvement levers across marketplaces (photos, videos, descriptions, storytelling, etc.).

  • Act as an expert on marketplace features and best practices, staying up to date on new tools and opportunities for content enhancement.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarks and monitor content and merchandising trends — both on our partner brands’ websites and across marketplaces.

  • Create moodboards and visual guidelines to help brands elevate their content quality and visual storytelling.

  • Collaborate with external partners to develop lifestyle and video content, and explore AI-driven automation for product attribute enrichment (e.g. lifestyle image or video generation, picture learning).

  • Oversee content quality control: monitor brand feedback, report issues to the e-merch team, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to micro-influencer activations on marketplaces (e.g. Zalando) and explore new content formats and features (moodboards, storytelling, etc.).


Profil recherché

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content management, e-merchandising, or marketplace operations.

  • Excellent knowledge of fashion and lifestyle marketplaces (e.g. Zalando, About You, etc.).

  • Strong brand content, aesthetic, and product UX sensitivity.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (internal teams and brand partners).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret content performance.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — French is a plus.

  • Proficient in content management, reporting, and creative tools (Excel, Google Slides, Canva/Figma, etc.).
