As part of our strong expansion in Italy, we are looking for a Business Account Manager based in our Barcelona office, to manage and develop a portfolio of Italian partner brands.
You will join the Client Success team and act as the main point of contact and internal reference for your brands, with strong ownership over commercial performance, marketplace strategy, data-driven decision making and profitability.
Fluent Italian is mandatory to build strong relationships with our partners, in an international environment where English is the internal working language.
Your responsibilities
Support partner brands with the launch of their catalogs and onboarding on our tools.
Act as the key account owner and trusted advisor for your brand portfolio.
Coordinate with brands during seasonal changes (collections, assortment updates, business priorities).
Lead regular client and internal meetings with key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and deliver clear performance insights to optimize brand results.
Build data-driven recommendations across assortment, pricing, stock strategy and merchandising.
Prepare sales reports and business reviews to improve sell-out performance.
Own sales forecasts and volume projections.
Monitor and optimize brand profitability (P&L) on marketplaces.
Define, manage and analyze promotional campaigns (sales periods, Black Friday, commercial operations) from a performance and ROI perspective.
Drive stock strategy and stock dynamics: allocations, replenishment logic and stock rotation.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries and replenishment execution.
Ensure stock decisions are aligned with forecasts, performance objectives and marketplace constraints.
Define and execute the marketplace strategy for each brand.
Identify and lead upsell opportunities (brand home, marketing solutions, additional marketplaces, dropshipping).
Build marketing strategies with brands and negotiate budgets in collaboration with Sales teams.
Support the expansion of brands across multiple marketplaces or through hybrid logistics solutions.
Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving our tools, processes and client success approach.
Actively participate in the evolution of our data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in e-commerce / marketplaces, ideally in the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of Wholesale and E-commerce Managers within leading Italian brands.
Fluent Italian is mandatory to manage partner relationships.
Fluent English is essential (international team based between Barcelona and Paris). French is a plus
Highly analytical profile, comfortable working with data, KPIs, forecasts and performance presentations.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a consultative and business-oriented mindset.
